Kypros - Bensheim

A small family run Greek restaurant in the walking area of Bensheim serving very nice Greek food. It is quite small and so tables are very close to each other. The food is freshly prepared and the service staff are friendly and polite and English speaking. it is popular and so booking is recommended. The prices are high though, but being very popular suggests that they are acceptable.

We were passing through and looking for a good place to eat lunch. The restaurant is small but clean. Excellent service and great food. Portions were generous. We loved it all. Would remember to stop back in on a future trip. Would highly recommend it.

We have good friends in Bensheim and have visited this restaurant for the last 20 years or so, every time we are in the area. It is family run and has been consistent throughout in quality and serves authentic greek food with no adaptations such as French fries and does not adapt to German taste. It has only few tables and bookings are needed on weekends. The food is always prepared fresh and side dishes are used within season. Service is friendly and efficient; the owners appear to know most of their customers, a good sign; people return for a reason similar as we do. I wish we had a Greek restaurant of similar quality in our country

Small restaurant, but staff very friendly. Food is also good and not expensive. I would recommend it, because it's hard to find something around.

Due to COVID restrictions, the menu is very limited. There are several tables outside, on the pedestrian zone.
