La Hacienda Mexican - BENSALEM

Great food. Bad pick up service. Waited a half hour for my order. Manager asked what I was here for and continued to talk on the phone for 25 minutes. During that time a server asked what I was here for and never went back for my order. Order came out cold after he got off the phone. Said they are busy. When I complained it was cold. I could have waited for them to remake it because I asked them too but I decided to just leave. They need to say hold on for the phones or ask a server to bring the orders up. Again the food is great there but they need to be better at customer service.

Fun place with awesome drinks and relatively cheap food for the area. Super fun decor and great, quick service.

For the first time here. I ordered the fajita nachos and the bark meat tacos that come with rice and fried beans. eating looks good, but was very dirty. there were no aromas/spikes of any kind in this eating. I had to hold it myself. for everything I could have done.

Eating was too salty for my taste buds and false instructions given (guest, it is hard to hear with masks.) but it is a nice, clean safe environment where workers use masks. unlimited chips salsa is a plus.

Usually the food is very good. Today ordered two meals that were listed as spicy. They were incredibly spicy. Way too much chili. We couldn't taste anything else, just the chili. Very disappointed.
