2 Good Bakery - BENSALEM

I was looking for a bakery to make my son's birthday cake and found Fritz. Within 10 minutes, everything was carefully planned out. They spoke directly with my son to ensure he got exactly what he wanted. The cake not only looked perfect but was also delicious. I am grateful to them for making my son's 10th birthday special. When it came time to pick up the cake, I called ahead and asked if I could pick it up a day early due to an impending snowstorm. To my surprise, they had finished the cake almost two days early, allowing us to enjoy it during the snowstorm. Thank you, Fritz, for going above and beyond for us!

I purchased a cheesecake from the Bensalem bakery on 4/22/2022 and found it to be spicy. I was able to receive a refund, but was disappointed as it was for a special event. I doubt that the cheesecake was made that morning. Upon returning to the bakery, they quickly resolved the issue.

I waited 10 minutes for a cinnamon roll, but when it finally came out, others who arrived after me were served first. When I mentioned this, the girl seemed unhappy and carelessly handed me my roll, causing all the icing to run off. This was the second time this happened, so I don't think I will be returning.

Alexis was very nice and handle a mistake in my order very professionally. We always get get desserts from Fritz’s Bensalem. Thank you for great customer service. Marlene

My daughters first birthday cakes were not only beyond beautiful but absolutely delicious. Thank you Ashley at the Bensalem store. Fritz’s never disappoints!
