Terrible service stopped there to get a couple of ice creams in a cone and a mcflurry . After waiting 10mins a guy turns up brings his dog in there . 5 staff members who were standing around doing nothing go out there too talk too this guy and pat his dog meanwhile i have too enquire about my order 2 ice cream cone's and a mcflurry . Probably not a big deal for the staff and management team but as a customer it is a big deal too me .

Worst maccas. Honestly drive the extra distance to Nerang or Ashmore because this place is a waste of money. It used to be good and now it’s always stale dry food. I work late and often pickup late or order delivery they mess up both. There’s been nights I sit in the waiting bay 30 minutes for a waste of money and nights like tonight where I’m so angry I’ve got no dinner I’m considering booking an Uber down there so I don’t wake my roommate opening the garage and actually getting one decent thing plus a full refund. That’ll have to wait till tomorrow. Seriously not one thing right. And I can’t remember the last time I actually had ANYTHING decent from this maccas. Even when you get fresh fries they’re overcooked. Staff desperately need to be re trained, school aged children who can’t cope shouldn’t be put on overnight shifts so McDonald’s can cut on labour costs, potentially new management and staff even need to be put in place. I honestly feel bad writing such a harsh review but I spent $45 to get 2 quarter pounder meals, no fries, no drinks, no sauces, no dinner. Cheers for that.

They put all the prices up on their family meal deals, yet McDonald's in Ashmore haven't changed their prices? $39.00 at Ashmore McDonald's versus, $42.00 at Brnowa McDonald's for exactly the same meal, 5mins down the road???

So over this store.. usually they stuff up my order but this time it was my hamburger. No onion no pickle. Oh and the way you double up on cups you'll be costing the store a small fortune

We only come here once a year when we are in the area for an event. But that's a must. The service is simple, friendly and fast. The burgers are well made, the brioche bungalow definitely adds extra. But the main heroes for us are the waffles and sweet potatoes. Other places also have these, but they are much better here. A must try.
