They don't pay well for their workers to give a darn about anything and the food you'll get sick off of. Overpriced and often closed or too busy. It's complete garbage and you're better off making food at home.
Food, eh. staff? well, i'm not sure why the person working was in such a foul mood, especially considering i was quite respectful and cordial. i also think i was lied to in regards to availability of menu items, and the person didn't recommend asubstitute, which i would've gladly taken (cutting into your profits folks), but due to the person giving short, one wordresponses, or not answering me at all, i didnt pursue the matter. it wasn't too busy when i was there, and i didn't call it outat that point, as we all have our days, but if i get the same attitude in the future, i'll be sure to discuss it there and then.this is the first time i've ever had an issue with this establishment, hence the three stars .... and it takes just one personto bring it down, so owners might want to fix the problem before it gets worse.
I 'd give 0 stars if it were and option. Half the menu was not available, the third time I 've gone there and they had no chicken tenders. The line moved extremely slow. 40 minutes from ordering to getting the food at the drive thru. The employee wasn 'thelpful in telling me what was even available. She just repeatedly stated I can 't sell that right now .... Okay then what CANyou sell? Then I get to the window and she only put in half my order. Then shoved the bag out and shut the window before I couldeven ask for sauces. SO RUDE! TERRIBLE experience. That place is a dumpster and the employees DO NOT CARE. Nothing but awaste of time, money that amounted to nothing but a frustrating, infuriating WASTE! I will never return
If I could give it 0 stars I would, I went there for our monthly visit to a kfc and decided to go to the bennington location. First the teenager at the counter seemed to either be new or didn't care what the customer is asking, we ordered quite a fewmeals and they didn't give us one of the orders and was told it was 5 minutes, than my fiance decided to order a few more thingsand that order we received before the missing meal and that order was wrong, took them 15 minutes to get our 5 piece tendermeal, I stood at the counter and almost all the employees in the back were cussing and saying inappropriate things while my kidswere close to the counter, one guy not sure if he's the manager or not came up and apologized and told us he was just off theclock and he stayed to make sure we got our order, besides that guy I'm very disappointed in our visit and I will not returnback
