The Little Mexican Cooking School

If you're in to cooking at all, particularly if you have a friend or spouse you can stand in the kitchen with you, do this one. It's 5 hours long, it's hands-on, and it's very informative.

Whether a novice or a keen and competent home chef, you will enjoy this morning of cooking alongside others. Demonstrations and hands on cooking will enable you to prepare Mexican food, which was previously beyond you. No more supermarket tachos, no more shop bought Guacamole,- also free apron and little green bag along with recipe book, it's a must

We had been looking for a few specific Mexican spices but were unable to find them until we discovered the "store" here. There are also some handicraft items for sale.

This was one of the highlights of our trip to the Riviera Maya. The people are friendly, and Chef Cristobal's knowledge of Mexican food and culture is remarkable. This is a must-do!
