Pizzeria ToscanaBenidorm

Very disappointing service! The food was excellent until I found a small hair on my pizza. Unfortunately, even if it’s my own hair at home, I’m unable to finish my food after finding a hair. The hair wasn’t the problem, it was the way the staff handled the situation. We told the waiter that we had found a hair which he came and took the plate away. Next he came back to say a fresh pizza was on the way. My partner and I said we didn’t want another one just the bill. After 5 minutes a new pizza arrived, we stated we didn’t want another pizza. The waiter came back over and said, the chef made you a new one and we will take the payment off the bill. We were thankful for that. So the waited said you can have it to take away. We then waited 15 minutes for the actual bill to arrive, after asking 3 times. When the bill arrived they had charged us for the pizza and also the pizza box for the takeaway! We then questioned why we had been charged and they said because we’d eaten half of the pizza and they had made a fresh one so we had to pay for it…. When we had already stated several times that we didn’t want another one. The staff were all talking in Spanish and arguing with us that we have to pay for it even though we found a hair on the pizza! Very unprofessional manager! Unfortunately we will not be returning which is a shame as the food was nice.

Visited this place with group of friends on saturday evening after making a reservation in the afternoon. We sat at a nice table on the terrace with stunning view of the Levante beach. Staff is friendly, all drinks and dishes were just perfect. Spend a nice evening in this place, and will certainly come back again. Greetings to the chef at the wood oven

We were out for a walk and just stumbled upon this place as a man was out side promoting the restaurant. We are so glad we went in. We got a sea view table for two which was stunning in the dark. We got chorizo pizza and carbonara pasta to share which was delicious. Staff were great and it had a nice buzz about the place. We will definitely be back

Good service and fast. good products and quality ratio great price. I recommend it. I came from visiting the island of benidorm, without reservation and without any problems they were looking for us a table and ate very well.

The site is on a small steep street, there is no parking. It has views of the beach at night, as you come in you see that they have a suitable oven in which they make pizzasla pizza was quite rich of four cheeses and the pasta of pear and gorgonzola very well made the very rich salsa, one thing that didn't get me was that the waitress you make with a tray full of desserts for caniches is the dessert and then I didn't bring it, it was like a pulp
