Sailor Jack's - Benicia

Brunch and Lunch here are consistently spot on but dinner service is not as great. We had a disappointing meal last night of over cooked/burnt/old/dried out calamari. Either they're using old grease or they simply over fried my fish. Their iced tea is perfect though. We'll skip dinners here but will continue to enjoy their day crew!

Ordered the filet medium rare, it was the chewy and dry, like it was frozen and then defrosted . I should have have sent it back but anniversary dinner and it wasn't worth the effort to complain. should have gone to The Dead Fish Get the burger or fish and chips, and don't expect fine dinning then you might not be too disappointed. Me I'm never going back, and I've been going to this location since it was Nantucket's .

We stopped in for a cocktails and oysters two dozen! Our waitress was very attentive and very courteous ! We always stop in at Sailor Jack's when in town ????

Food was good and loved the calamari. Had the dinner special swordfish and dessert, chocolate layer cake.

Sat outside and had a gorgeous view. The service was really great and so was the food and drinks.
