Amore Bistrot - Benicia

It truly feels like I’m in Italy when I visit Amore Bistro. This place has been an amazing addition to our town! The food is fantastic, and the service is incredibly friendly. They offer a wonderful selection of authentic Italian dishes, and I love their special events, like the Thursday Aperitivo. Amore Bistro is simply the best!

A refreshing and romantic dining experience! This traditional Italian bistro is connected to a charming bed and breakfast. The outdoor seating area features beautiful yellow umbrellas, creating a delightful ambiance. To access the café, enter from D Street, walk through the inn, and take a right past the restrooms. Make sure to place your order at the front register! The menu is available all day, so you can enjoy anything from a croissant to lasagna at any time. Sonia was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain all the dishes to us. We tried a cornetta with egg and pesto, small cannoli, and smoked salmon with burrata (which is creamier and, honestly, even better than mozzarella). The coffee is served Italian-style—small and creamy. While I have some concerns about my lactose intolerance, this meal was overall a delightful and immersive experience. I highly recommend it for dates or to impress your parents!

I absolutely love the atmosphere and the professional customer service! The food is delicious—make sure to try their signature lasagna; it's a must! The desserts are incredible too!

Not quite a trip to Italy, but loved the reminders of our trip with the amazing food, atmosphere, and accents. Order from one area and go around to a beautiful courtyard with colorful outdoor seating to dine in or take to go. We ordered croissantsandwich and lasagna and LOVED both the selections. Walk the short walk off the main street and you won 't be disappointed.
