Dvg Benne Dosa - Bengaluru

Came across this place while exploring new places to eat around Domlur. Initially I was skeptic about it, but the taste of the food just got me mesmerised! It’s just simply amazing. Initially tried out Benne masala dose, the taste of it pulls you back to authentic Benne masala dose that you get to eat in Davanagere and then we tried benne paddu, its so delicious and feels like the paddu melts in your mouth with buttery flavour. Describing this is making my mouth water and wanting to go back again.

The food was absolutely amazing, from preparation to presentation everything was very pleasing. We tried Benne Masala Dosa, Benne Open Dosa and Benne Paddu trust me it's finger licking delicious. One of my friends suggested me this breakfast place where we can get amazing delicious south Indian food and it's worth trying. Also the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the must try breakfast places I can say!!

The tea is one of the best i have had in Bangalore. Dosa was also good. Small eatery where you need to stand and eat. Cleanliness and hygine is very good.

Located in Amarjyothi Layout, along the IRR in Domlur, the place serves Davanagere style dosa and other items. They have various types of Benne Dosa, Idli, Paddu along with Vada and Bajji. They have some snack items as well during evening times. Tea and coffee is also available. All the items are served in copper utensils. Prices are slightly high compared to the quantity, but I guess that's what you pay for quality products. Place looks clean and the taste is also good. They serve all items with chutney, dry or normal, depending upon the item. Place is busy during morning hours and there is a small place to sit for 3-4 pax and two tables to stand and eat for about 5-6 pax. Worth a visit as there is also not much other options available in this location.
