Other to that it just has the right vibe, no matter if where, table or bar it's hot. The food is good and timing served is precise. I personally like the bar, since the team let's u taste the new dishes on the menu, mainly the desserts. What can I say... it's an establishment. As for recommend dishes, try the liver dish (on Tuesdays) otherwise, most are good plus
Meh. I really don't understand the hype around this place. Sure the venue is nice and the food is above average, but the pace is not adequate for lunch. Overall I think the rush of customers during lunch is not dealt with correctly, which diminishes the experience.
We try to make a reservation but it was fully booked so we come in front of reservation to wait for an empty seat. We were lucky that we managed to find a table for three. Shrimp bruchetta was a very nice choice for starter. I ordered salmon fillet and my friends ordered veal schnitzel. Finally we share creme brule as a desert. Main course takes time to be prepared. Total duration of stay is 1 and half hours. We enjoyed the food and ambiance of the restaurant. Employees were nice and friendly and recommendations were also nice.
Not my first time here, and definitely not my last. The restaurant is here a long time and if they stay like this, they will be here for longer. I ordered the tartar special which was very good. The horseradish cream next to it was great. Also had the shrimp bruschetta. Mediterranean flavors with perfectly cooked shrimp. I couldn't say no to the grilled artichoke that was on the specials, and it is a good thing that I didn't. The artichoke had a great grilled flavour and the cheese next to it was a perfect match. I had to try the beets with the ricotta cheese. The beets were sweet, naturally sweet, and had a beet puree on the bottom. It was a good dish even though beets are not my favorite, so if you love beets you'll probably enjoy it. Than I had the arancini. Good filling and great sauce. It felt like they waited a few minutes too much before arriving at my table, and got a little dry, but they were still very good. To finish the appetizers I had the meagre ceviche. Topped with pomegranate seeds it was perfect. For entrees I had the classic veal schnitzel with mashed potatoes. Classic dish made perfect every time. And I also had the meagre fillet with fennel confit. Made to perfection. Tender fish and tender fennel in a tangy sauce. The service was amazing and the cocktails were fresh and interesting. It's not a cheap restaurant, but you definitely get your money worth. Just don't forget to reserve a place because the place is always full.
I have been dining in this place for years, usually everything is good, maybe a but overrated but consistent good service and food. Yesterday we were quite shocked and embraced by the shift manager demeaning behavior. One of the dishes didn't come in as ordered not to mention that it had a bad taste and look. Our waiter asked us to provide the feedback to the shift manager, she came looked at us arrogantly and bluntly explained we have no idea how this dish should be done and served and generally speaking we cannot read the menu properly. We dine out a lot , we know exactly how the dish should look and taste but even if we don't, this is absolutely not the way the service loyal customer but rather a good way to lose them and later the business.
