Lindenhof - Bendorf

We stayed nearby at Abbey Sayn for one night and breakfast was included with the hotel. The restaurant is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was a gourmet feast with several courses of fresh fruits, cold meats and cheeses, freshly baked bread rolls, smoked salmon, scrambled egg and bacon, coffee or tea and even cake to finish. All were wonderfully presented. We will return to the area and will definitely eat here again (see my dinner review).

We stayed at Bendorf for 3 days and went out each evening. This place was second to none not just in the area, but all across other places we went to during our trip in Rhine valley. Menu options are not very extensive. But each one we tried was absolutely perfectly cooked. They looked like being served in a Michelin star restaurant and tasted amazing. There is no menu in English however, so ask for waiter’s advice. It’s a bit pricey though,we paid €68 for 3 mains, 3 glasses of wine and 2 beers. Service was spotless and we were very happy to dine there. Highly recommended.

Waren heute aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen heute hier zum ersten Mal essen mit 5 Personen, davon ein Kinde unter 10. Ausgesprochen nette Bedienung, hervorragendes Essen, frisch und liebevoll kreativ angerichtet, sehr nett auf das Kind eingegangen (Markklößchensuppe mit viel Kloß und wenig Brühe ;-)). Absolut empfehlenswert!

We went to this restaurant as it was highly rated, however we were dissappointment as it seems to be mainly a schnitzel place, and as service was slow and not very customer friendly. It was cheap though.

Wie immer sehr leckeres Essen! Gemütliche Atmosphäre! Bitte immer einen Tisch reservieren - es ist immer sehr gut besucht.
