La Cecil's Pizzeria - Bendigo

Ours was take-away but the dine-in is supposed to be good to .We had been hearing good things about the food from here and decided to try there Pizza's via delivery for a family get together in the park, did some checking the week before and followed up it up with a lunchtime order and 40 minutes later we were all enjoying great pizza's in the park with the kid's playing and eating and the older ones sitting in the shade enjoying the day and food. No mess and no fuss but very nice food. Thank you to the staff at La Cecill's

Best pizzas for miles around! Had a delicious lunch during a stopover travelling from Deniliquin home to Ballarat. 3 huge pizzas, amazing warm chicken salad, chips, kids drinks and coffees to die for! All this for just over $80. Excellent service from very friendly staff. Walked away feeling full and very satisfied. Our fussy teens were raving about how good their pizzas were!Wish they would open a restaurant in ballarat!!!!!!

Well on arrival we had to find our own menus as no one was in the main room, finally a staff member came in and told us to take any seat. We ordered our wine after inquiring whether they do Gluten Free food, which they do. Wine list was average and the prices were quite high compared to the prices you pay at the Wineries themselves. We had to pour our own wine so that set the tone of the evening. My main meal was large maybe on the verge of being too large. I ordered the Chicken parmigiana and salad. The salad was nice and fresh nicely dressed the Parmigiana was massive it was thick and in some places just cooked. The tomato sauce on it was very nice, overall a good parmigiana. My partner ordered a GF Marinara pizza the topping was lacking not much to it at all. We did have a pleasant night the staff were friendly it was a pleasant atmosphere with the open fire lit.

Ate here in the restaurant a few months ago and loved every bit of my meal! However got the exact same meal tonight take away, the fettuccine napolitana, and it really just tasted like plain fettuccine with barely any sauce to cover the pasta. Was very disappointed.

Great central location and friendly staff but the pizza and pasts were below par for a restaurant of this type. Too many dishes are on the menu. They should reduce the choice and lift the quality. A bit disappointing.
