Dhosa Hut - Bendigo

Lucky us, we noticed the restaurant driving through Bendigo at lunchtime... Such good authentic food. My delicious meal left that beautiful aftertaste, meaning you know you have eaten a meal cooked the 'real' way.Highly recommend, not a fancy place but the food is worth it.

Always great food here. We go often. A little pricey and service a little slow, but great food. The butter chicken is awesome!

We ordered take away, on a wednesday night, at about 8pm. We walked in to order, and were told 20 mins, thats fine, we went for a walk and came back about 25 mins later.... we then waited another 25 mins for our order (or 1 naan & 1 curry). They were nice and apologised and it really didnt matter about the time, and the cheesy naan was great!! But would have been good if they had told us 50 mins wait in the beginning (we still would have ordered as we were not in a hurry).

Fantastic Southern Indian Curry - fragrant and delicious - wonderful friendly service and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning !

We had Chicken Tikka, Beef Vindaloo, Vegetable Biryani and Beef Biryani. The biryanis were very tasty and excellent value for money. The others not so much. The mains don't ocme with rice, so it makes it an expensive place. The acid test - would I go back. Most definitely.
