Best fried chicken sandwich EVER!! I've taken friends and family here from out of town in several occasions and everyone always loves it. Their prices are so reasonable and service is quick even when they are slammed, which I know can be a challenge for a small food truck kitchen! Highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!

Hour wait for cold fries and soggy hushpuppies. El Sancho next door is fast and delicious, go there instead.

I loved the vibe and scene at Crux Fermentation Project. I went there one evening in June and the place was quite busy. The place is pretty large with wide open indoor space and well furnished outdoor space. I had a flight of four of their beers, which were delicious. Food is also available from a handful of food trucks, but I did not get any. Crux is a place to linger and enjoy food and beer.

Food is good but they have no ability to deal with any volume or crowds. Was moderately busy at crux and waited over 30min to get fried chicken over a salad. Our entire party was done with their lunch before I even got my food. Just be prepared to wait a long time

This is the best thing I’ve had in bend. Those hush puppies were amazing. Chicken was amazing.
