The Stihl Whiskey - Bend

Ahh Whisky, the water of life. Did you know that distillation has been over for centuries? It did. Did you know that there are over 2,200 distillateries in the USA after the entire world wide web? Pretty cool. We strolled into the bar, there are 5 of us (oh, what beautiful heaters outside! . The seat is limited, but fortunately a larger table opens as we arrive. I think they call a room this size intimate, which is a nice way to say it 's, errrr, not big at all. The menus are quite sweet actually lists the prices of whisky, which most places do not do because whisky can be stupid expensive. Peep the menu here (berry, forget to take pictures and check out the $300 pour. Well, don't get me wrong, this place is not all crazy things, I mean, we found a whole section of the menu in our poor people's budget. I just appreciated honesty once. I hate going to a place and seeing, asking bartenders for pricing on a spirit. Why? Why do I have to ask? I'm the customer here. You're supposed to do things to move me to spend more of the money I don't have, don't turn me off immediately with an order to find prices. Anyway, the whisky is delicious. We laugh and chat and enjoy the big table we managed to grab before the place completely fills. Well, the waiter, he could definitely brush something on people's skills. Idk his name, I didn't disturb to catch it, but he seemed relatively uninterested in my entire party and didn't know how to adjust his face to make it as if he were even pretending to take care of himself. What are you drinking? Return with drinks. Check in as soon as the cups are empty with another round? in Monoton. Siiigh. Where are all good servers gone? I know where they aren't. And that's him. We visited Stihl an evening on the recommendation of our hostess as Drake, as we waited for our table to be ready. Service, selection and vibe were all excellent. Both our bartender and the server were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu choices. We enjoyed their handmade cocktails and wine recommendations. The room is filled with great places to enjoy the experience, from high-top tables to couches and the 90-degree bar. Music and great lighting fill the room and create a great environment to hang and enjoy some amazing drinks.

The phone number and website didn't work, but we drove past and saw that they were open so we stopped to try. It was a quiet week night with not much customers, but a nice atmospheric proverb. They were from the Rock Steak, so we ordered offers, steak bites and a burger. The steak bites were a little tough/boiled to my wishes, but everything else was delicious.

One of my cocktail bars in Bend, whether I'm with friends, on a date or on myself. The bartenders are friendly, hot and know my drink. What else could a girl ask? Oh! Great ambience and fabulous food in the late night? Yeah, that too. Healthy, not roasted food. Ohmigosh, where else can you go a Poke Bowl on fresh green at midnight with my old fashions?? Love it.

BEST FOOD ATMOSPHERE IN BEND! The GM Davidson hired a new chef and turned this spot from one of my favorite places to get a great scotch to now a favorite cozy food spot to compliment the best whiskey selection in town. Order the chef's daily specials, you're welcome.
