My only complaint is the meat sweats from my inability to know when enough is. I take the 1/4 Pounder at this McProsesed place without blinking an eye. I guess I didn't know what a real hand fully pressed 6 ounces, yes I asked and starts with 6 ounces of hand pressed never frozen local meat and with freshly cut veggies. I happen to see a Philly come out while I waited for my burger and if I am ready to tackle another benevolent challenge, I have to get one of them! As for my burger, thanks to Dan, owner/Koch, to understanding Med/Rare and that a burger should be spiced! I wouldn't change anything if I did it myself. Toasted rolls, heaping patty, fresh cut vegetables and all seasoned and sauces for perfection. It was amazing I will definitely be back to go to the rest of the menus! Thanks Dan and 1646 Grill!

Meet the friendly owner, Dan, today at Bend's latest grocery, Grill 1646! I enjoyed the delicious cheese steak he made! It is really one of the best comfort food available, and he nailed it; more meat than onions and peppers, ooey-gooey melting cheese and big bread! I can't wait to try what else he's doing.
