Shinsei Sushi - Bend

My restaurant in sushi in bend. they have 7-8 vegan sushi roll options and I am in love with them all!

All their noodles are egg noodles, and the cross-contamination of everything else on the menu does not make this place vegan friendly at all

We definitely enjoyed Shinsei Sushi, they have several vegan sushi roll options, salad with delicious ginger dressing and a veggie ramen (without the egg)! We also like that we are here with our non-vegan friends and family (Yup, we still have “these” people in our lives We will be regular!!

Stay out of town and want sushi. I have the salad with ginger dressing. I liked it wasn't just iceberg salad and had some vegetables in it. Got two of the Veggie rolls, Tempoura and then just a basic veggie with roasted bean curd. It was all delicious!
