Coffee was fresh. Everything looked clean. Friendly staff. Be patient as they are short staff and work off their tails. Had the meat lover skill w pancake. So perfect, thank you!

You took me well. I asked for something special, and they had to, even though they didn't have to. It was delicious and hot when we restored our meal.

The team here is still doing their work with efficiency and grace under pressure. A special scream-out to Annabelle, the only server on shift when I came to breakfast; it is done with grace and professionalism.

This place seems to be going downhill. Every time we dine here, it seems to get worse. The service is slow, the food is pretty marginal and the atmosphere is outdated. There are much better restaurants around. The only thing consistently good are the milkshakes and french fries....

Long wait to be seated, waitress was very slow to take beverage order. Table and seat were not clean. No customer service. Order was wrong when it was finally delivered. Waitress did not check back with customer. Food quality was terrible. Presentation of plates were awful. Quantity was small for the price. Waitresses and Cooks are skilled positions. Will not be back.
