Pine Tavern - Bend

The Bolognese was rich and flavorful, and the French onion soup was quite good as well. The food arrived within minutes of placing my order, which felt a bit rushed—this is actually the first time I've ever considered bringing that up as an issue. I was surprised by the limited menu options. The bar area was lively, with most patrons enjoying their meals and having a good time; I might choose to sit there on my next visit. It was great to be able to make a reservation and be seated promptly, but I found that the food didn’t quite measure up to some of the other restaurants in town.

We hadn't visited in a while, and I don't recall the prices being this high for lunch. There were four of us, and only one person ordered a beer. The total came to $76 before tip. We didn't order any appetizers; we had one Reuben sandwich, two cups of chowder with half a tuna sandwich each, and one person had a Caesar salad with French onion soup. The prices seemed a bit steep for lunch specials.

I had a great experience at the restaurant! The food was quite delicious, and I can't wait to try something different during my next visit!

Wonderful date night experience with my wife. Staff was friendly and proficient. Food was very good, as well as the atmosphere. Despite being busy it did not take unusually long to be served and the wait after ordering was not bad. Excellent overall!

Loved the pork chop with bourbon sauce special. My friend loves your chicken Marsala. Our server was great, but I did not catch his name.
