Miyagi Ramen - Bend

Flavorful and well seasoned broth, paired with fantastic consistency of noodles makes this the best ramen spot in town.

Delicious ramen and awesome staff! Choices are slightly limited for premade items, but the customization easily makes up for it.

Food is great, but the last several times we have been there it seems like there's a tofu shortage in the world. 3 pieces of tofu isn't enough in a vegan ramen bowl and paying for extra nets you five total pieces. Seems like low-hanging fruit to add a piece or two.

Today I tried Miyagi Ramen for the first time. Consensus: at first glance it seemed rather interesting. The way it was plated on display for you to see all ingredients was rather intriguing.
