Miyagi Ramen - Bend

Food is absolutely delicious! I ended up taking mine to go and I also want to give a shout out to the to-go bowls you buy. I had to slam on my brakes and my ramen went flying. No broth was spilled and everything stayed in tact ? amazing food and atmosphere sturdy leftover containers? I’m sold. Will definitely be back

Easily my favorite ramen spot I’ve ever visited. We got the vegan ramen, and it was SO tasty! Really unique flavor. The veggies and tofu were cooked to perfection. Good cocktails, too!Great location close to a bunch of tasting rooms, food carts, and super walkable to and from downtown.The indoor dining area is VERY small, so you’re pretty much waiting for other groups to leave before the staff will seat you. Their system for seating groups is effective, but you might have to wait a bit.Dietary restrictions: Amazing vegan ramen!

I'd describe this as very solid good ramen but not as a specially seek it out place like Yoli korean or Wild Rose thai. Nice river walks are nearby

Myagi Ramen is by far the best ramen shop in Bend and has so many options for what anybody has a craving for, if your looking for an amazing bowl of Ramen and incredible service then you have to come and check this place out!

Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. You order at the front counter and receive a number to take to your table, which means you have to fetch your own water, napkins, and utensils. Even though there were only two other tables occupied—one before us and one after—it took 19 minutes for our two bowls of ramen to be served. They have a sign indicating that they will bus tables, but they are quite slow. Additionally, although they ask for tips when you place your order, with options starting at 18% on the tablet, it feels inappropriate given the lack of attentive service. It seems they rely on this tip policy, perhaps because they know they're not providing adequate service. While I didn't examine the prep area closely, I couldn't help but notice several kitchen staff members eating or sampling food while working, and the prep staff were not wearing gloves. If the food hadn't been as good as it was, I would have given this place a one-star review. There seems to be a problem with internal management that is sabotaging the restaurant’s potential.
