Jersey Mike's Subs - Bend

To keep it brief, during my last visit, I requested light juice, and my bun ended up completely soaked with it. The service was incredibly slow, and none of the staff displayed any warmth or communication. Everyone working that day seemed unhappy and appeared to have no interest in being there—especially since three of them looked like they were still in high school. After the past couple of weeks of poor service, I'm seriously considering looking for a new place to eat. On a side note, I believe Ryan, who is a great manager and excels in customer service, hasn’t been around in the last week or two, and I wonder if that might be contributing to the decline in service.

Having worked in corporate America for two decades, I've learned that the quality of leadership significantly impacts the performance of the team. This staff deserves an A+ in my book. It's clear that Ryan has established clear goals, guidelines, and a culture of respect within his team. Thank you, Ryan, and the entire team, for making each visit enjoyable!

Jersey Mike's is my go-to place for quick subs, and this location never fails to impress! I don't usually review fast food spots, but since I lived nearby, I found myself there all the time.

Fast service, fresh ingredients, fantastic staff. As a long standing Jersey Mike's fan, this is the gold standard and I haven't seen better in the obscene amount of sandwiches I've eaten from this franchise. The manager, I believe Ryan (curly hair) is bothextremely amiable and in addition, as someone who's a lifelong chef, absolutely nails the sandwich constructionprocess. Writing it out like this feels a little ridiculous, but these guys need their dues. Will return!

I don't usually complain, but this is the fourth consecutive time my order has been incorrect.
