Elevation - Bend

Absolutely wonderful food and front of house service. The recipes were unique and plated beautifully!

As a student at the local college, I discovered a restaurant on campus run by a culinary program. Intrigued, I made a reservation for 11:00 and arrived a bit late at 11:05. The students were still in their team meeting but quickly noticed me and led me to a table in a quiet corner. The service was exceptional, with staff timing their approach perfectly. They cleared dishes the moment I finished, with impressive precision. I enjoyed the Roasted Carrot Soup and Moroccan Lamb Tagine, both well-prepared and flavorful. The portion sizes were modest but sufficient for a satisfying lunch. For dessert, I had the Basque Burnt Cheese Cake, which was good but limited in options. Overall, the price of $15 for such quality food in Bend was unbeatable. I highly recommend booking a table at this restaurant for a great dining experience.

I always enjoy dining at Elevation. The staff is delightful and the food is incredibly delicious.

Love the opportunity to attend a lunch at Elevation. On this last occasion we had the halibut which was most succulent.
