Delicious and unique tacos! Found this place on a recent trip to Bend and would definitely go back! Homemade chips, delicious salsa, and some very unique (but tasty! taco combinations.
The food is amazing and they have very unique options. The meats are always juicy, and the ingredients seem to be good quality. The only complaint I have is that it is on the pricier side for what you are getting.
El Sancho is usually on point. The carne asada tacos were the saltiest tacos I've ever tasted. Not sure if the salt shaker lid fell off during seasoning or what but they were almost unedible. The chorizo, barbacoa, and carnitas were delicious like always.
As usual....BEST tacos in town and the Pineapple Carano margarita is a staple. These guys nail it every time. Starting from a cart — to where they are now…we'll deserved!
