The store is very clean. The crew is polite, professional and considerate. I'm impressed.

I have never had such great service at a fast food shop. I ordered through the app and accidentally put the wrong address. The lady took care of it, no questions asked. Took 45 minutes when I made that mistake at BK.Q

Can't even make a order correct my wife asked for cheese on a chicken sandwich they handed her two sandwiches with two handful of lettuce both sandwiches were soggy and un eatable. Girl at the window even repeated the order and still couldn't get it right ... Worst experience and a waste of $10

Carl Jr. offers fantastic food and some of the best shakes you can find. However, I had a disappointing experience at this particular location. My coworkers were filming themselves at the security monitor after placing our order, and the woman who took our order remarked, “You guys are acting like girls!” This comment was quite unprofessional. Regardless of her personal views, as a representative of Carl Jr., such remarks are inappropriate and go against the training she received.

Currently, this is the best fast food restaurant I've visited in a while. I absolutely love the guacamole burger!
