Bleu Bite Catering - Bend

If you are considering going with Bleu Bite, just DO IT! You will be blown away. Here are some of the things we absolutely loved about them: They responded to issues (like a surprise hail storm in the middle of setting up an outdoor dinner) calmly and very quickly The food was delicious people in particular raved about the bacon pepper cream cheese appetizer Every interaction with the team (primarily Jasmyn and Cerstin, but really everyone) was just delightful They are consummate professionals with a plan for every possibility They went above and beyond on simple things like helping with desserts (from a different vendor) or drinks (which we provided ourselves) without complaint and without asking us for an upcharge for each small thing. This was markedly different from other vendors who frequently said things like "that 's not part of our contract "If we do another large event in the Bend area, we will 100% be working with Bleu Bite. We would even pay a substantially higher price just due to how amazing the team is to work with.

We had a wonderful experience with Bleu Bite Catering. For a family gathering of more than 10 every night, we had 4 dinners catered. Excellent food choices and very professional service. We highly recommend Bleu Bite Catering for any event.

Bleu Bite catered my wedding and were absolute pros at each phase of planning and the day of the wedding. My guests raved about the food and also had special praise for the bartender.

The folks at Bleu Bite have been so helpful in getting me set up with corporate lunches for 30 people every Tuesday at our office. They worked with me to determine the menu and not only do they set up the service, they break it down too! I don't even have to wash the dishes, they do that for me off site! My coworkers have raved about the food quality and I appreciate how accommodating they are to our specific food requirements. Update: did get some money reimbursed..good customer serviceFood wasn 't bad but wasn 't signature special wow. Regular store type bread and wraps and the steak was just roast beef deli style. I could have made the same thing for a fourth of the price from the grocery store. We had 40 people, I purchased food for 60. What we got was not for 60 people or 60 servings. The fruit salad was maybe for 15 to 20 people max (2 medium sized bowl). Green salad was plenty in 1 huge bowl plus small bowl, dressing was not enough for 60 servings (3 small mason jars), sandwich only a half per person and again for 40 wasn 't enough when purchased for 60. Pasta salad in 2 bowls was maybe enough for 30ish people because we ran out of that quickly too. Mint lemonade was just regular powdered lemonade no mint. We did a head count of 40 people and a few small kids...bummer that we feel a bit ripped off food wise. Tables were supposed to be included but wasn 't and thankfully the venue had extra tables. But it is ok. The delivery gentleman was kind. 15 minutes late but kind. We do many events within our family. Our favorite catering company is shut down so we explored new ones. You live and learn. So this is not a bad review necessarily, it 's just to bring awareness and for us...we probably won 't go this route again. Thank you. Take care. Photo of food for 60...
