Aloha Cafe - Bend

We had a pretty good experience at this restaurant. We ordered a full rack of ribs and the 6-oz portion of the Kalua pork and I have to say the Kalua pork was the best I have ever had and I have eaten at many Hawaiian barbecue restaurants on the West Coast and this was the best by far the ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious have to give five stars on that and the macaroni salad was excellent as well. We will definitely be back.

Delicious food, despite some mistakes during our visit. You might wonder why I’m giving it 5 stars; the owner was incredibly polite and promptly refunded our meal, which speaks volumes. The food was really good! The Volcano Chicken and Mango Coleslaw rice were excellent. The Kailua pig was tasty, but it could have been heated better. The portions are quite generous, making the dishes more filling than they initially appear. Overall, it’s definitely worth a return visit!

Best Hawaiian food in Bend, maybe even in Oregon! The Kahlua pork with cabbage is just perfection, but all other ducks are also delicious. Always fast, friendly and fresh.
