A nice looking British style bar ,interior is neat and tidy ,a cool looking serving bar ,lovely decor and furnishings and lots of seating options . We sat outside ,we got bottles of Mahou green beer ,these were served iced cold and sparkling ,we chilled out and planned out the day ahead while we sipped our beers. A big fan of this famous beer from the Madrid region of Spain ,a lager style beer ,hoppy and bursting with taste ,it's a beer perfect for the hot climate out here along the Costa Del Sol ,when this beer is served freezing cold as in this bar it's such a delicious beer indeed, hardly surprising this bar is so popular with beers of this quality. We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and as on every previous visit to here we had a great time. Wheels,Tapas Punters is easy to locate along Avenida Antonio Machado . Well worth checking out if you're in the area.
Went to this bar as it was across road from hotel ,staff were great polite and friendly, we only had drinks there at good prices, but a lot of the other punters said the food was good and a lot of them eat there like all places its down to timing whether you can get seated ok , but they will try there best, only downside is the busy road .
An inocuous bar directly opposite the Hotel Riviera. It is a typical small Spanish style bar with seating inside and more inside. The bar is run by Maria who, scurries around the tables ensuring that the customers are well-catered for. Maria is one of the friendliest and happiest owners you will meet. The menu is extensive and caters for most tastes. We had five lunches there, sandwiches and salads mainly, and each one was hot and tasty. I recommend the ‘Gambas Pil Pil’, sizzling hot and a typical Andalusian dish. The drinks are very reasonably priced, at the time of writing, a pint of San Miguel, €2. Do not be disappointed in not being able to get a table because it looks full, Maria will make space for you. Additionally, the toilets are kept very clean. I thoroughly recommend a visit to this little gem of a bar, if you are in the area.
Lovely place for breakfast, coffee fresh juice to start your day, friendly, good service, made welcoming, thank you .
We popped in to meet family who had already arrived. We ordered drinks and food and service was swift and the food was really enjoyable. Biggest surprise was the bill. Pint and a burger well under €10!
