Lefs - Benalmádena

This is a well established bar in Benalmadena which is frequented by locals and visitors alike. They serve good breakfasts and I believe are also popular for Sunday lunches. Erik and Lef, the owners, are a well liked couple.

Lovely place to eat, all meals from breakfast to dinner or a just a snack. Nice friendly people. It is my favourite place for a coffee and brandy

What can I say? It 's all about the staff, and Victoria and Micheal have made our holiday '**** Marvellous '. After trying one place for food (no smile and the lippy on my cup wasn 't my shade), we tried Lef 's, and found the food to be well priced, yummy, and well cooked. Then we went back in the evening and met Vic and Mike. Been back almost every night since. Talk about service.....allowing us to stagger our meals because of our little one, researching new drinks because I wanted something blue and alcoholic, even coming to tell me my food was ready when I wandered up the top to listen to a Mariachi band with the tyke, when most places would have just told the wife it was ready. And then there 's the food. You have to try Mike 's grub, it 's delish! Whether it 's the full English, the steak, or the Sunday roast, it 's fantastic (and I 'm fussy about food). Needless to say we 're extremely happy with Lef 's, in fact were off there now.

Nice little bar with friendly staff during the day. Having eaten and had a few social drinks I found the place/ food ok but nothing to shout about. Unfortunately the staff seem to change for the pm shift. Tonight I was ignored for 15 mins. Eventually I managed to order a beer, which was slammed down in front of me. Having finished my beer I waited for a little service only to get nothing . Ended up going to the bar and asking for another beer . This arrived 10 minutes later again with a slam. Needless to say myself and family will not be spending anymore euros there. Look after your customer lefs Poor show

Not a bad place to stop for a drink. Staff could be a bit more pleasant. Last orders called but seemed to take orders from locals. Would I recommend a visit. Ahhh maybe but would probably go else where. Sorry but customers should come first.
