Primal Health Club - Benalla

I had a fantastic time working out at this gym. They have excellent equipment, lots of bars, and plenty of squat areas. The bench press with the self-unrack mechanism is particularly impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have almost everything you could possibly need, as well as a kids area and a cafe on-site. I will definitely return next time I am in town.

The team at Primal is incredibly attentive and welcoming, always ready to assist. The restaurant boasts a fantastic ambiance, making it the perfect spot to socialize and make new acquaintances.

Well driving to Sydney, we looked for a Healthy,Smoothie option at Benalla for our brekky, on google. We were delighted with the Smoothies and Fantastic Coffee for our travel mugs, very pleasant service with a smile ????????

Healthy choice of foods in this tiny cafe at the entrance of the gym. Avocado smash was delicious. Smoothies were tasty, fresh and reasonably priced. There's also a play area for kids inside.

The coffee is fantastic, the variety of healthy smoothies is endless, and the Avo Smash with a touch of chili oil is heavenly at Primal Health Bar. However, the standout features of this place are the exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere. Benalla's cafe scene has been revitalized in the past few months, and this newcomer is really making a statement. My favorite combination so far is a half portion of Avo Smash with feta and chili oil.
