Ellagoose - Benalla

I visited this café for breakfast and tried the chicken burrito, spinach and feta filo pastry, chocolate cake, carrot cake, and hot chocolate. The burrito and filo pastry were definitely worth trying, and we all loved them. However, both cakes were served cold, and the hot chocolate wasn't as rich as I had hoped. Overall, it was a good experience.

What a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly. The food was excellent, especially when paired with delightful regional wines. The eye fillet was a superb cut and perfectly cooked. This restaurant is a true gem for Benalla. I highly recommend it!

This is a fantastic restaurant with a friendly staff and exceptional service. The food was outstanding, and the wine selection was even more impressive!

I haven't had the pleasure of eating in yet, but last year my family I got Christmas lunch catered by Ella Goose they offered a special Christmas ready to heat serve takeaway menu, which we picked up on Xmas Eve. The food was fab absolutely lovely. And i was such a delight to have all that worry work taken off our hands so we could just relax enjoy each other's company. The icing on the cake was having our vegetarian needs catered to, which was very kind of them. Highly recommend.
