Mcdonald's - Bemidji

The service at this restaurant was terrible, as the person taking our order was difficult to understand. I highly recommend that they address this issue.

Unfortunately, due to the poor service from the coworkers, my friend had to sit on the cold floor to eat her ice cream as they forgot to put the lid on properly, causing the dessert to get wet. Additionally, I also found a crispy fried hair in my chicken nugget. It was not a pleasant experience. Sincerely, [Reviewer]

The play area was closed and the restaurant's outdoor seating near the play area was lacking. However, the staff was excellent and the food was served quickly, hot, and delicious.

We live four hours away we were hunting and got breakfast early in the morning and got our food and there was dinge missing, but they have us for everything we could not go back because we hunt, so I called and they said they would send a gift card for everything they missed, it is 6 months and never got something

Great employee'sWhen they make a mistake, they fix it right away and apologize.Great 1st job for kids can work, they can start at 14yrs. old.??We have opened Lobby 7am 7pm only. No Play place, yet.As for Drive Thru being open 24hrs. That won't be for a while. Still working on that on my end.. The one I work at is the one by the Lake closing shifts.Yes we still close at 11pm in Drive Thru, until farther notice..Thank you?
