Dunkin' - Bemidji

If you get donuts don?t expect them to be ?Cream Filled?. At this location you get 1/4 1/2 teaspoon MAX of vanilla cream or chocolate. I have been to this location Several times and I can honestly say this is what you should expect. I?ve been to other Dunkin? Donuts with the same order and I?ve had excellent donuts with cream oozing 2 3 Tablespoons or more. Initially when Dunkin? Donuts came to Bemidji I was excited to come in and see the same great donuts I have expected through the years. They have a pretty good prices but not the same expectation is throughout the United States. I suppose I thought it was just initially new staff ? but it?s consistent minimal cream filling.

I?ve never had the donuts I ordered able to be filled. They are always out of several of the options. Only once have I ever gotten a donut that seemed fresh and had the appropriate amount of maple topping. The coffee is usually good if they mix it as you ordered. This is no guarantee however. I imagine it is extremely hard for them to get help. You should really avoid this unless you have no other options. Holiday would be a better option guaranteed.

The customer service is terrible. No one is polite or happy to be there. No napkins when going through the drive thru and the car in front of me was denied 2 of their requests due to being out of those donuts. Be easier for them to list off which donuts they do have available instead of having customers guess for 10 minutes.

This year service and food quality has been Very disappointing. Last year there was a very good, overworked early morning manager who did his best. I became a regular to support its business. I lived in the twin cities and Dunkin Donuts was my go to for 25 years. Donuts and coffee are their lifeblood. This location no longer reflects the standards they had previously. My last 3 visits here were early am, before 7 am. Burned, dried out (old) bagels, eggs so rubbery I couldnt chew it enough to break it down. Threw the egg out into the bushes, checked next day and even the animals left it alone. I loved Dunkin coffee, but this visit it tasted burned, perhaps microwaved which scorched it. Had to dump it. So I tossed out my entire breakfast that morning. What the heck has happened to our Dunkin???? With so many great coffee choices nearby, I will stop elsewhere. Wont be back.

Nothing wrong with the food. drinks are hit or miss always, and the workers have no sense of proper customer service, I got my online order from some girl with long brown hair and she said nothing, like no words not even a smile on her face, didn?t even say have a nice day. do better yall ur job ain?t that hard
