Pizza Hut - Belvidere

I wanted pizza and found this place directly in the city. ordered contactless delivery online and the delivery came earlier than the estimated time. pizza was well cooked. I'll order from this again.

My driver was extremely friendly despite the cold weather. Online ordering was fast and easy. Food got to me nice and hot and definitely ready to eat.

We ordered extra marinara sauce but all the sauces were cold. Would prefer getting warm sauce.

App had mistakes. There was a special with the wrong price and clicking on it put the wrong item in my cart. I called instead. Sounded like the call went to a call center in India as I barely got through her accent and she couldn’t answer anything specific about the location in my town. One of my pizzas I ordered and paid for a pan and it wasn’t received as a pan pizza. More disappointed than ever.

Jim was the best delivery driver ever! We order all the time and we are always happy to see him!
