Przekaż informację zwrotnąI love the franchise, so I wanted to order at one nearby after not having eaten it for months. It was a woman who picked up when I called in around 10 pm on 3/14. I wanted to order online but was having trouble with the process, so I called in, but she kept brushing me off, telling me to order on the app. When I asked for further direction on what to do, she just hung up on me.She clearly hates her job or something cause she sounded so tired and clearly didn't want to be there from her actions. So I didn't get to order that day. I managed to order a week later online, and the food was great, but the service can definitely use some work.
The delivery guy rang my bell once and threw my pizza on the floor and left. I had to go pick up my food and almost had an argument with the so-called new owner.
Got the order wrong and when complained added the ingredients on the pizza later and overcooked it. Why are disposable gloves not worn when making food? Overall taste and quality of pizza at this place is bad as well as the cleanliness.
Yesterday February 29,2024 i ordered pizza from papa John’s around 3:30ish pm. The pizza was delivered to my house. My husband was home to receive the pizza. My husband called me asking me did i put a tip on the bill. I told him no because i thought he had cash. So he asked me what can we do because the delivery guy was right there. I said well next time we will better organize the tipping situation. So the papa John’s delivery guy said well someone needs to give me a tip. I said excuse me? Tipping is optional. He said no it’s not it’s mandatory. He also told me he has been doing this job for over 10 years and we have to tip. I explained to him we paid delivery fee and if we felt the need to tip it’s totally on us. He then said don’t order for delivery if i don’t have money to tip. So by now I’m a little frustrated that he would say something so rude to me. I order from papa John’s so many times and I’ve never been talked to like that. I hung up the phone and called the store for a manager immediately. I explained to her what happened. She seem a little busy so she was rushing me off the phone and just apologized and told me she would give me 50 percent off my next order. To be honest i was not satisfied with that response. The way the driver was very aggressive towards me and demanding a tip i feel she should have had him call and apologize to us. I now feel unsafe to even have food delivered scared if he comes and we don’t have tipping cash he will do something to me. I would really appreciate if a general manager can call me. Thank you
Sent me the wrong order. When I tried calling, no one would answer. It took five times of calling and about 20 minutes until I got through to someone. The lady offered no help and just asked to order and pay again. I would NOT order from this restaurant again.
