I really wish I could give this place zero stars. I came in to get a drink and a snack, but the person taking orders seemed completely out of it. When I asked if I could get something for a dollar, he told me that nothing on the menu costs that much, even though it clearly states that all soft drink sizes are $1. He also mentioned that they don’t serve breakfast, even though no one had asked about it. When I tried to get information about the menu, he kept saying that he didn’t understand my questions. I mean, can't they have someone who actually knows the menu help out? It's just absurd. They really need to hire staff with better customer service skills or at least provide more training. I ended up going to Wendy's next door and had a much better experience.
This was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The management was rude, and I couldn't place my order properly. The food was cold, and it wasn't even a busy time; it was 2 PM on a Wednesday.
While the employee who worked the drive thru was very friendly and friendly, I just wanted to order a shake. I was told that the location no longer sold them.
I want to gnade and use the doubt. I understand fast food places to be short staff, but this is my 5th time in order to get my order wrong. save them their time and drive them 5 minutes to the place on a cherry hill, it is rare that they screw up their order (at least this is my experience.) my baby likes brot and cheese, I try to be as clear as possible what I order. check them before they go (I saw to check, I had everything but I wasn't going to open that sandwich)!
