Taco Bell - Belton

If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose that. If you don't mind ordering at the window, being instructed to move to a parking spot, and then waiting 30 minutes, this place might be for you. It's honestly the biggest joke of a "fast food" restaurant I've ever encountered.

The food was good, but the service at the drive-thru felt a bit rushed and pushy for no reason. Even though it's just a drive-thru, I felt a pressure to hurry. Every time I visit, I find myself having to pull up and wait for my food, even when there's no one behind me.

I usually enjoy Taco Bell, but I don't think I'll be returning to this location. While the staff was friendly, the service was incredibly slow—slower than molasses on a winter morning. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was lacking. The restroom had human waste on the floor and was not well maintained.

This place is pathetic. The food is horrible. Went in but was told to go out and order through the window. The food we ordered looked like dog food and barely got anything. Horrible just Horrible. Want be going back. Someone needs to fix this!!!!!!!!!!

Just went through the drive through and was asked to park in a parking spot. Sat there for 35 minutes and water multiple cars after us, who also parked on the side to wait for food, get their food before us. I had to ask 3 times where our food was afterwaiting patiently for 20 minutes. We were handed someone else?s food at one point. They ran away too fast for us to check it andtell them it wasn?t ours. We held until they came back out. They ended up giving that bad straight to someone else. No tellingwhat we could have done to it while we had it. I don?t understand why they can?t run like any other fast food place and give youyour food at the window. Maybe they?re under employed? Either way, we had the worst experience.
