Sol De Jalisco- N Main Street - Belton

I ordered shrimp nachos and shared them with a friend. I was amazed at how many shrimp were on the dish! Our waitress, Sarah, was incredibly sweet. We really appreciate her; she was very attentive, and the prices are fantastic. We visit this restaurant every two to three months and always end up ordering the same thing.

The staff were all very polite and attentive. However, I was not impressed with the chips. I initially ordered the nachos, but after they brought out the complimentary chips and salsa, I decided to switch to a chimichanga. While I appreciated that the chimichanga could be made with fajita beef, that was the only filling—it didn't include any vegetables or anything else, and it fell apart while I tried to eat it. On the plus side, the lemonade and horchata were both very good.

I visited the drive-thru to order a breakfast burrito. The sign advertised it for $5.99, but when I reached the window, I was charged $7.99. The employee mentioned that they hadn't updated the sign yet. A $2.00 difference is significant, and charging $8 for a breakfast burrito is unreasonable. It feels deceptive not to reflect the correct price. I've also had issues with this restaurant before concerning overcharging on my credit card. I would advise other consumers to be cautious.

Food was ok. Service was very good. Rice was a little old. Multiple check backs by not just one but two servers. Place stayed busy. Prices were a little high but these days what isn?t.

For the first time in I don't know how many years, we had great service. Don't get me wrong, this place is not terrible, but more times than not, we get this one waitress who, for some reason, is always so rude and put out with my husband and myself.She was supposed to wait on us today. I guess she didn't want to so a young male waiter waited on us. What a breath of fresh airhe was. He apologized for the wait. (They weren't very busy, but like I said, she does not like us and pretty much put us off)He was pleasant, attentive, and hands down the best server we've ever had in this restaurant. Will be back, but only if he isour server.
