Buffalo Wild Wings - Belton

The food was good, but that's about it. My wife and I ordered off the lunch menu, and the lady didn't even want to give us our drinks. We ordered something off the kids' menu for our daughter, and they didn't want to give us the drink for that either. Poor service, but good food. Didn't refill our drinks as well l.

Worst service ever. Received wrong order and they didn't care. Completely unhelpful.

Just left this place after setting at the bar for 10 minutes and not a soul acknowledging me. Walked to the front to see if there was anyone to complain to and of course there wasn't. Place was pretty dead as well. Drove across the street to Jose Peppers that was packed and got a drink within 3 minutes. Unacceptable to be in the food service industry and not have staff to wait on people.

Pretty good I enjoyed and way more than I could eat

Ordered carry out missing most of house sampler only had the nachos, tried calling since by now it was almost 11PM no answer at all, drive back up there no one greets me and another customer were just standing there watching people eat and no one else around. Finally someone comes up they remake my food and after this point it’s now almost closing time. I sent a report through the website but they don’t care haven’t heard from anyone. Wouldn’t be a problem if the service wasn’t so bad!! Not sure why it’s hard to answer a phone or greet guest.
