Applebee's Neighborhood Grill - Belton

I had a great time in this place! We arrived late in the evening for dinner and were immediately met with friendly staff. Many attention from our server, very warm and care all around. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked! My only regret is not enough to save space to have a dessert.

Deborah was a great waitress. Food came hot and fast. Had no problem. We probably visit this site once a month or every few months and never had a problem that was not solved. Wings were hot. Pasta with black shrimp was delicious. I feel other reviews are just people who like to complain It is an Applebees, not a 5-star restaurant on the square. Yeah, get what you can afford. It is a great place for a nice dinner and a few cheap drinks.

Fantastic culinary experience! The restaurant was very clean, the bathrooms were immaculate, the servers were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu points, the meals were fantastic, and the manager was very involved with the ground operations. I was very impressed with this place! I'm definitely back!

Needed an outing...I can't be the only one right? Where to go... it's middle of the afternoon on a Sunday and I don't want to go shopping... how about Applebee's? Yes! I remember what just hanging out was like... don't you? Dining is open and I heard that they have new management? My all you can eat boneless wings platter was perfect. Our server was really engaging and made every effort to make us feel safe (pandemic ya know! welcome and appreciated. He was funny but not at all guilty of hovering or rushing us. Refills of wings and beverages were ever present. The bar area had a few families cheering on the Chiefs, music wasn't too loud, I can't imagine a better place to spend an hour not at home.

What in the actual flying monkey poo is this place doing. We've tried. It's close by our home. It's a chain, you know with corporate structure and systems.... But the owners managers of this location must be TRYING to f this up. I swear I am speechless. I don't even know where to start. Applebees corporate.... Do you read these? Close this location and let someone else have the space....we just need more dining options in this area and you are not even an option at this point. Sad for the handful of decent employees. Ps... still sitting waiting for food.... I must be a glutton for punishment.
