Ocean Jewel Takeaway - Belmont

We ordered dinner for four people tonight, but unfortunately, most of the food arrived drenched in oil and was inedible. Additionally, we were missing our potato scallops and cocktail fish. The portion sizes of the chips have also noticeably decreased for the price we paid. After calling and experiencing subpar customer service, our order was remade. We are regular customers at this establishment, so we hoped this was just a one-off issue. However, when we received the remade order, we still found that six pieces of cocktail fish were missing. At this point, we tried calling again but no one answered as they were closing. Since we can't leave a review on Google, we've chosen to share our experience here, and we would like to know how Ocean Jewel Takeaway plans to address this situation.

A young man provided exceptional assistance and was very patient while I figured out what I wanted to order. He cooked an amazing meal. The customer service was outstanding—two thumbs up! Five stars!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY...I have been a regular customer for a few years. Over the last few months the chip portion has been down sized tonight the portion size is even smaller...absolutely APALLING! The cocktail fish were tiny no lemon was provided for the 3rd time in a row. Price increases are a part of all business but this is absolute GREED at its best. The staff are friendly but it’s the management who have demonstrated a very poor decision to reduce portion sizes. The management of this business have no idea of the principles of marketing or how to successfully grow manage a business. Do not waste your money going here, spend your money elsewhere by supporting a business who values repeat business happy customers.
