Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe ordered nandos by vans and they didn't send us half the food we ordered. the food we got was above average. the superfuel salad was only leaves in the round. $13 for a couple of leaves and a bribe of others. in normal case a huge Niso fan, but I am really disappointed by the experience in belmont. we tried to call them, but no one would pick up and when we tried to order our food again on app, they had closed at 7 o'clock. even though they were open up to 10 o'clock on Google cards and the app. if you are looking at all other reviews, this poor service seems to be normal for belmont.
Missing product, put 2 different flavored chicken in the same box and never pick up the phone. the personal is very rude and very bad customer service. take them 45 minutes to cook a whole chicken.
Thurs evening manager was great. The lady who took my order and charged me for something I hadn't ordered. When the manager was summoned to the till to rectify the mistake and gave me a full refund, but didn't charge me for the order I placed.Great PR move on his part, deserves a 5 rating. Thank you
Service is terrible!! Every single time I'm there 30 min wait for food (and that's takeaway! The staff I can see are mostly teenagers who stand around and chat and don't actually work. Food is left on the waiting area for 10-15 minutes before a server brings it to someone or they just forget about it and you have to ask them for your food that has been sitting there. Food is always cold when you get it. I will be avoiding this particular nandos as it's always sooo slow. (Midland is better
I have been a regular customer to this store. Last night I placed an online ordered for one whole chicken and a broccolini. When I arrived at the store I happened to know that they ran out of whole chicken but the staff named ‘Damien’ patiently replaced the order with chicken tenders and gave us two complementary drinks. More over the entire staff were awesome (hats off to there hard work during staff shortages)Big shout out to DAMIEN once again !Cheers
