Bp Truckstop - Belmont

Rude stuff. went today male told me to wait for the female to come but he didn't call her and waited for 5 minutes told him to call her and let her know he say she will come , when she come no hi, good morning nothing from both of tham and when she served me look like she didn't wanted served me , not sure if is a Indian attitude but both fro. Same country, not going there anymore can't be bothered with rude ppl anymore . I was nice dressed with shoes so thay don't cares about anybody rude rude rude

Again after 2 weeks of my first review, wanted a coffee with almond, got told no almond or soy, or oats milk... There were almond milk and oats milk for barista coffee in the fridge...got told by the rude chick those are for sale only I 'm wondering why would BP hire rude or a racist employee and wondering if the barista oat milk in the fridge is for sale only and not to be used to make a coffee?

Cannot use the water to wipe out my dash mirror, severe bad smell water, no tissue for wipe out the mirror, services are not up to the mark

I went there to get coffee on 2 December Friday around 11.15 pm . Girl at the counter was so rude with me and she refuse to make coffee because I show her my uber discount card. Don't know why BP have tie up with uber if their staff doesn't want to do it.

3 days in a row, no vaccum tokens, no coffee lids , staff are lazy and a disgrace to Australian service standards. Shockingly bad. I’ve never seen worst customer service ever in a servo.
