A new (Sept 2021) Japanese restaurant in the Belmont area with a relatively large selection of vegetarian and vegan options. We ordered to-go and the rolls are delicious. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Strip mall parking in front of the restaurant. Note: Staff confirmed that they use vegan cream cheese in vegan rolls. Updated from previous review on 2021-09-23
Lots of really tasty vegan rolls here! A bit pricey but sushi is a date night treat for me anyway. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, which is great since I also have a sesame and nut allergy.
The food was excellent and each dish was bursting with unique flavors!
They have a wide variety of delicious deep-fried rolls. However, I wish they offered more options for fresh vegetable rolls and I wasn't a fan of their ramen. Because of this, I am giving them 3 stars instead of 4.
