Caffè Deon 1870 - BELLUNO

I’m on holiday and my boyfriend and I just had a terrible experience with a staffer. This person was incredibly rude when we ordered inside. We completely understand the Covid protocols but this staffer was not giving us the proper customer service. We ordered drinks for them to serve outside, but this blond lady or man, I’m not sure what it was, basically told my boyfriend “you can’t even order inside without showing a green pass” when he had just walked in. It was a little much for us just to order two drinks… I genuinely hope this staffer gets the proper training for simple customer service. Oh and by the way this staffer wasn’t even wearing the mask properly… it just doesn’t make sense to be psycho when you’re not even following the proper Covid rules…

A nice place located in the center of Belluno. A youthful place suitable for any time of the day.

The environment is nice and in the center, I hope it was a misguided day because it seemed that the Managers were annoyed by the presence of customers or maybe two coffees were too little for them.

As soon as I arrive, I have to ask the staff to clean the table. At the request of desserts I am told that they have not despite it is a pastry since 1870.

Location very nice, the only problem is the waiter who being very rude, rushed me and you have my friends on let me smoke in the open air only to me, but others could.
