Subway - Bells

Here on the way to home and there was no great experience. the brot grows on all sandwiches. they were made of wheat bread and wraps, which is why we have settled with the white brot. my man ordered a spicy Italian and she made a buffalo chicken (not sure how it was mixed). my daughter's child's meal should come with a side and a drink and not come along. the only reason why I give two stars instead of one is because they load the meat so much that the sandwiches would not close. I just hope we don't get sick. such a drop in money for bad quality.

I was disappointed during my recent visit. The staff member I encountered was quite rude and had an unwelcoming posture the entire time. The food was awful, and to make matters worse, it was dry and lacked flavor. This place was fantastic until the new manager took over.

The food was great, but the staff there was not super friendly and they were not accommodating towards my grandmother, who has a hearing deficit.

Don’t bother going to this Subway. Go to a different location. The two girls working behind the counter were incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. Came in with a coupon that wasn’t expired and she claimed it was invalid despite the other Subway locations taking my coupons. When I asked her, “well why isn’t it taking it?” She immediately got defensive and an obvious attitude saying, “as if I’m supposed to know.” Both girls working behind the counter also looked dirty and overall unkempt. Wouldn’t recommend eating here because the customer service is horrid and having dirty looking workers is never good, probably a health hazard. Maybe they shouldn't hire a bunch of dingy, gross, and overall rude teenage girls and hire people who are more mature and don't take their anger out on customers that just asked a question. They also don't know how to properly cut vegetables leaving huge chunks of onion in sandwiches, allow people to cut the line, and give you horrible disgusting looks if you ask them to repeat themselves. If you want your food made by people who lack manners with horrible attitudes and look incredibly dirty then by all means go here!

I've been to this place many times before, but the service was even worse on my last visit. The young girl who attended to me seemed to misunderstand my order because she couldn't hear me clearly, even though I spoke loudly and clearly. With 16 years of experience in retail, I've seen poor customer service, but this was among the worst I've encountered. I won’t be returning.
