The employees at this restaurant are diligent and welcoming.

They are truly amazing! Melissa, the manager, is exceptional. I wouldn't want my coffee from anywhere else!

One of the staff members today was quite rude while expressing frustration about the time it took for me to place my order. I certainly won’t be coming back to this restaurant. If you can’t manage customers making their own choices and respond with rudeness, perhaps it’s time to think about a different career.

Despite being a bit crowded, the staff skillfully managed the situation. There was a queue of customers waiting for their orders, but the drinks were crafted to perfection, and the food was served piping hot. Even with the hustle and bustle, my experience at Dunkin was wonderful. (Just a note: there is no drive-thru; it’s walk-in only.)
