Umberto's - Bellmore

We ordered food late at night and unfortunately did not receive the rice ball I had ordered. However, the Sole Francese Entree was cooked perfectly, even though it was delivered. The Sicilian By The Slice was great as always.

I was surprised to find that the Classico pie was a deep dish pizza. At first, I was a bit disappointed when I opened the box and didn't see a traditional pizza. However, after taking a bite, that disappointment quickly turned into delight. The pizza had a great taste! I would definitely purchase it again.

The pizza slices appeared old and some of the cheese was hard. They haphazardly placed the pizza in a box and closed the lid, causing some slices to stick to the box when I opened it. I had to remove toppings and cheese from some slices. This is the second time I have been disappointed. I am not sure if they are just in a rush or if there is another issue.

The Mother's Day lunch we had at this restaurant was amazing. The waitress was great and the food was delicious.

I ordered the mussels appetizer and pasta dish twice, and both times it was delicious. The rest of my family also enjoyed the Sicilian pizza.
