Bob's Burgers Brew - Bellingham

Longtime Bob's patron. First time trying this location and wow so disappointing. While the building is beautiful, having to walk past the giant pile of garbage spilling out of the dumpster area was off putting. We felt like we were inconveniencing the wait staff before we were even sat. Traditional wait times were kinda disregarded (even the busser offered assistance when they noticed our table lacking basic necessities) I did several years of food service and it was hard to find excuses for the overall poor experience. Food wasn't worth the price. So bummed. If you want the true Bob's experience, head down to Burlington or Marysville! Edited to add, always loved their calamari but this time it was just bland and boring. The side sauce has either changed or changed ingredients so it's fine but not great like it used to be.

I ordered the Hawaiian burger and it was absolutely delicious! It was quite a monster though, so be prepared for that.

Bob 's used to be our go-to burger option. In the past couple of months, though, shrinkflation has hit them like a garbage truck at full speed. The burgers are noticeably smaller (the menu still claims they 're 6oz, which I highly doubt is still true) and the overall quality has dropped. That 's not to say they 're bad, they 're just disappointing given the previous quality and the $20 price tag. Sides have gotten cheaper and more bland, and for some weird reason most of the burgers have havarti cheese in places where you 'd normally use swiss and ends up tasting like nothing at all. The worst offender has to be the service, though. The past few times we 've gone there has been nobody up front to greet or seat us. And we don 't show up when they 're slammed; at best the place is half-full when we get there. There just doesn 't seem to be more than one person working at a time (the bar is, of course, fully-staffed at all times, because this is still Bellingham). On our last visit, we had to wait twenty minutes for someone to notice and seat us, then another twenty minutes before they came back to take our order. We were in the middle of the do we just leave? conversation when the server remembered we were there. Sad to say, but we 've written off Bob 's as an option in the future.

The Burger are really good,but the nachos were terrible.

The burgers are bomb and the wraps are too. Drinks are amazingly great ?. Will definitely be back!
